Introducing Vision Online Services (VOS)
We are offering a new online service for our patients. This is a quicker, easier and safer way to order your repeat prescriptions online at your convenience.
Request your repeat prescriptions quickly online by logging into your account and simply ticking the appropriate boxes. You can review the progress of your repeat prescriptions and any message that the practice may have sent to you.
I am already registered for online prescriptions. Do I need to register again?
Yes, you will need to register for Vision Online Services. The new system links directly to the clinical system we use within the surgery meaning the items on your repeat medication list will be visible to you when you log in.

Simply fill in the form and return to the practice reception with your ID to receive your new log on details.

Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in the following ways:
* Online - we are in the process of moving a new Online prescription requesting service. The new service links directly with the clinical system we use in the practice, making it easier and safer for patients to request their medication online. If you are currently using the old system you will need to re-reigster for the Vision Online service.
* In person - hand your repeat slip in at reception with the required items clearly marked.
* By post - send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
Please note that we no longer accept repeat prescriptions by telephone.
Patients on repeat medication may be asked to see a doctor or practice nurse to review these regular medications Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and public holidays into account.
