We are offering a new online service for our patients. This is a quicker, easier and safer way to order your repeat prescriptions online at your convenience.
Request your repeat prescriptions quickly online by logging into your account and simply ticking the appropriate boxes. You can review the progress of your repeat prescriptions and any message that the practice may have sent to you.
Yes, you will need to register for Patient Services (sometimes called Vision Online Services). The new system links directly to the clinical system we use within the surgery meaning the items on your repeat medication list will be visible to you when you log in.

Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in the following ways:
Please note that we no longer accept repeat prescriptions by telephone.
Patients on repeat medication may be asked to see a doctor or practice nurse to review these regular medications Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and public holidays into account.
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Public Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
